You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date.

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unwashed and unaltered

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Custom-Made Items

Custom-made or personalized jackets are produced according to customer specifications and are considered final sale.

However, custom-made items remain eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The wrong item is delivered

  • The item contains a manufacturing defect
