Shipping Timeframe
Most orders are delivered within 8–12 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines include both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been processed.
Business Days: Shipping and handling estimates are based on business days only (Monday through Friday) and do not include weekends or public holidays.
Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (New York) usually begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time are processed on the following business day.
Custom Orders
Custom-made jackets may require additional production time. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production, processing, and delivery of custom orders.

After your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your purchase details.
Once your shipment is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. Tracking updates generally become active within 24–48 hours after shipment.
