Return Period:

Our policy for refunds and returns extends for 30 days after the delivery of your jacket. If 30 days have elapsed since your jacket was delivered, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items:

To qualify for a return, your jacket must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

Exempt Items:

Custom-made jackets are not eligible for returns. These items are considered final sale and cannot be refunded.

Proof of Purchase:

To facilitate your return or exchange, we require the order number and the email address used during the purchase.

Return Process:

Prior to returning an item, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Returns should be shipped to our designated return address, which will be provided upon your return request.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 days.

Shipping Costs:

Leather Moto Jacket will not cover the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
