Once confirmed, our master tailors begin the pattern-cutting process. We use premium leather hides and pay close attention to any custom requests or specific measurements you provided during checkout.
Artisan Stitching
Your jacket is then moved to our stitching department, where skilled artisans sew the panels using high-strength thread and reinforced seams. This stage is where the shape and durability of your jacket are defined.
Dual Quality Inspection
Every jacket undergoes a rigorous two-step inspection. We check for leather consistency, hardware functionality (zippers/buttons), and stitching precision to ensure it meets our premium manufacturing standards.
Protective Packaging
Once approved, your jacket is carefully folded and placed in protective, moisture-proof packaging. We use durable materials to ensure your leather arrives in pristine condition, free from scuffs or transit damage.
Rapid Dispatch & Tracking
Your order is dispatched via our partner carriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS). Depending on stock and location, it will ship from our Hub. A tracking number will be emailed to you immediately.
Final Delivery
Your wait is over! Your jacket is delivered directly to your doorstep. Standard delivery typically takes 8–12 business days from the time of order confirmation.
